
Dan Hoff
Dan has been a licensed real estate agent for over 20 years and has extensive experience with residential real estate, land development, land/lot sales, farm sales and local agricultural land preservation programs. He also manages four family-owned commercial and residential rental properties in Carroll and Baltimore Counties. Dan is currently Treasurer of the Carroll County Association of Realtors, and has served on either the Grievance or Professional Standards Committee for 18 consecutive years, spending 5 of them as Committee Chair. Dan prides himself on providing his clients and customers with top-notch service, and leverages his broad and extensive experience with warmth and integrity. Since joining the family business in 1993, Dan has continued the tradition of honesty, dedication and forthrightness that has defined the Samuel C. Hoff Agency for the last 46 years.
The Hoff family has deep roots in Carroll County and as a lifetime resident himself, Dan cares deeply for the community he serves. He commits time to various civic activities, including having served on several local boards and task forces over the years. He is currently Vice Chairman of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Westminster, and acts as Treasurer of the Historic Belle Grove Square Neighborhood Association. Dan lives in downtown Westminster with his wife Tina and their two sons, Nicholas and Gabriel. They are lovingly restoring their 100-year-old Victorian on Belle Grove Square.

Georgia S. Hoff
Co-Founder, Georgia, along with her husband, Sam, co-founded the Samuel C. Hoff Agency in 1967. Having grown up in the southern area of Carroll County, Georgia graduated from Hannah More Academy in 1959 and attended Western Maryland College for a short time before getting married. Georgia primarily managed the Real Estate part of the business for 37 of the last 45 years, but semi-retired from the day to day operation, turning it over to Dan Hoff in 2004. Georgia has served in many capacities for the Realtors Associations, the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, and is a Director for the New Windsor State Bank. She has also served on specific committees related to land use and planning for the Carroll County Government, as well as the MD Government Board of Review for the Department of Transportation. She has served as an Expert Witness in matters related to Real Estate. She is past president of the Carroll County Association of Realtors and the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce. She has received the Carroll County Association of Realtors Lifetime Achievement Award, Realtor of the Year Award, and Realtor Educator of the Year Award, as well as many Production Awards. Georgia is enjoying her semi-retirement. As Georgia has shared, ``Sam is truly the heart of the organization.``

Michelle Aberts
Michelle has been an invaluable member of the Hoff Team for 35 years. A licensed Realtor, Michelle's experience and depth of knowledge as well as her skill at managing multiple tasks, and her dedication to our clients makes her an integral part of the team. From beginning to end, Michelle becomes an essential part of the transaction as she manages the details that move our clients towards reaching their goals of settlement. Her dedication to her clients is astounding as she is always willing to find time in her busy schedule to show clients properties. Michelle is a native Carroll County resident who grew up working on her family's dairy farm. She, her husband and two children are all graduates of Francis Scott Key High School and currently reside in their hometown of Taneytown.

Samuel C. Hoff
Sam, along with his wife, Georgia, founded the Samuel C. Hoff Agency in 1967. Having grown up on a farm in the New Windsor area of Carroll County, Sam graduated from New Windsor High School in 1957. Sam has been active in the Real Estate and Insurance industries for the last 46 years. Sam has served in many capacities for many organizations, both professional and volunteer through the years, the Realtors Associations, the Independent Agents Associations, the Westminster Rotary Club, the Chamber of Commerce, the Westminster Jaycees, the 4H All Stars, and others. He is past president of the Carroll County Association of Realtors, past president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Carroll County Association as well past president of the Westminster Jaycees. He has received the Carroll County Association of Realtors Lifetime Achievement Award and Realtor of the Year Award, the Mutual Benefit Insurance Co. Inner Circle Award, the Rotarian Paul Harris Award, the Jaycee JCI Senator designation, and 4H All Star designation. When asked when he will retire, he will always answer “never”.
